When Should You Plan To Arrive And Leave

  • February 27 Arrival: Most people will be arriving on Monday February 27 in time to pick up their registration materials and to attend the Welcome Reception at 5:30pm.
  • February 29 Departure: All official conference activities will end by 3:00pm

The conference group rates are:

Single/Double Occupancy:$145 plus tax
Triple Occupancy:$170 plus tax
Quadruple Occupancy:$195 plus tax

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 14.85%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

Peak hotel nights are February 27 and 28, 2012. The group rate will be available two (2) days prior and two (2) days post peak nights, based on Hotel availability.
